• Go on a nature walk and do a scavenger hunt.
  
  
• Create a flower crown to wear on the summer solstice.
  
  
• Learn how to do a yoga sun salutation.
  
  
• Plant seeds in a garden or pot.
  
  
• Mix up some homemade lemonade and share it with friends!
  
  
• Sit outside in the shade with a good book!
  

Celebrate: Winter’s here!

• Use a jar, paper cup, or paper bag to create a lantern or luminaria to shine brightly on the longest night.
  
• Talk with your school or other local organization about holding a winter gear drive to help people in your community stay warm during the winter.
  
• Make a simple feeder to supply food for birds and other animals in winter.
  
• Cut out snowflake decorations following a video, or design your own!
  
• Snuggle up with a blanket and a GOOD BOOK!
